高职护生实习满意度现状及影响因素分析

The current status and influencing factors of internship satisfaction of vocational nursing students

目的 运用护生实习满意度量表（UNSASS）修订后中文版护生实习满意度量表,调查高职护生实习满意度现况,探讨高职护生实习满意度的影响因素.方法 采用自行设计的一般资料问卷、护生实习满意度量表对379名高职护生进行调查研究.结果 高职护生满意度总得分为（148.05±16.37）分,高于中等水平;选择护理专业不同初衷的高职护生,带教老师不同临床工作年限、职称、学历,其满意度得分有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;多元逐步回归显示,实习带教老师的临床工作年限和学历是重要影响因素,可解释自我效能水平5.1％的变异量.结论 在临床带教老师的遴选中,对高职护生而言应注重带教老师工作年限、学历以及职称选择的权重,工作年限宜在5～10年间,学历大专以上,中级以上职称;应持续加强巩固护生的专业思想教育.

Objective Based on the revised Chinese nursing student internship satisfaction scale （ UNSASS） , this paper investigates the current situation of nursing student internship satisfaction in higher vocational colleges, and discusses the influencing factors of nursing student internship satisfaction in higher vocational colleges. Methods A total of 379 vocational nursing students were investigated with general questionnaire and NSISS. Results The score of intern-ship satisfaction was （148. 05±16. 37） at a higher level. The scores were statistically different in the groups of reason choosing to be a nurse for nusing student, and years of working, education background, professional qualification for clinic teacher as well （ P〈0. 05 ） . Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that years of working and education background of clinic teacher were major influencing factors of internship satisfaction which could explain 5. 1％ of the va-riance. Conclusion In the selection of clinical teaching teachers, attention should be paid to the working years, educa-tional background and the weight of professional title selection for nursing students in higher vocational colleges, working years should be 5 to 10 years, college degree or above, intermediate or above title. We should strengthen and consolidate the professional thought of nursing students.
