基于电流检测的智能高速钻攻中心装配一致性的研究

摘要 机床在批量生产过程中由于装配过程并不完全一致,因此会导致整机性能存在差异,为解决此问题通过对部件进行电流检测并分析数据,调整装配工艺及装配环节保证机床装配过程保持一致性,从而实现每一台机床在装配后性能良好。
