引进国外先进技术改造国产3150纸机

Rebuilding of 3150 Paper Machine of Hanyang Paper Mill

汉阳造纸厂引进奥地利VOITH公司生产的高湍流流浆箱等先进设备,整机改造国产3150纸机,预计改造后的纸机工作速度为500m/min。目前,一期改造工程已经完成,纸机车速已由原来的270m/min提高到350m/min,二期改造工程即将开始,本文重点介绍纸机流送部和长网部的改造。

Rebuilding both old and new type of domestic made paper machine (trim width 3150mm) with several equipments imported from J. M. Voith, Austria, such as high turbulence head box, automatic wire guider, automatic wire tensioning, osillating high pressure shows, low pulse headbox pump for approach flow system, multi-blade vertical screen, high efficiency centrifugal cleaners, we can improve the work speed of paper machine to reach 500-800m/min. This rebuilding project is proved to be very economicaly effective. Hanyang Paper Mill is willing to provide the know-how and some conceiving from The rebuilding practice to our domestic colleague for reference.
