心理干预对慢性胃炎患者负面情绪的影响

目的：探索心理干预对慢性胃炎患者负面情绪的影响。方法：选取本院2014年2月至2017年2月收治的124例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机抽取的方式将所有患者分为对照组和实验组各62例。对照组患者予以常规干预,实验组患者在此基础上加以心理干预。对比两组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分情况和临床干预满意度情况。结果：在接受干预前,对照组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分与实验组之间不存在明显差异,无统计学意义;接受干预后,对照组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分明显高于实验组（t=8.5591,6.1722;P〈0.01）,有统计学意义;对照组患者的临床干预总满意度为80.65%,实验组为96.77%,对照组明显低于实验组,组间差异有统计学意义（χ^2=8.0519,P〈0.05）。结论：临床对慢性胃炎患者在常规干预的基础上予以科学的心理干预,能够有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,并且能够显著提高临床干预满意度。

Objective：To explore the effect of psychological nursing on negative emotion of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods：A total of 124 cases of chronic gastritis patients in our hospital from February 2015 to February2017 were selected as the research object,all patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each with 62 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group were given psychological nursing.SAS and SDS score and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results：Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in SAS and SDS scores（P〉0.05）;After the intervention,the SAS score and SDS score in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group（t=8.5591,6.1722;P〈0.01）.The total satisfaction of the clinical intervention in the control group was 80.65% and 96.77%in the experimental group,the control group was significantly lower than the experimental group（χ^2=8.0519,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinically psychological intervention on the basis of conventional intervention in patients with chronic gastritis can effectively relieve anxiety in patients.Depression and other negative emotions can significantly improve clinical intervention satisfaction.
