病区医院感染管理小组感控护士心理授权现状及其影响因素

The Status Quo of Psychological Authorization of Nurses in Hospital Infection Management Group and Its Influencing Factors

目的：了解病区医院感染管理小组感控护士心理授权水平,探讨其影响因素。方法：应用自制一般人口学特征调查表了解感控护士的人口学特征;采用心理授权量表评估感控护士心理授权水平;应用SPSS 17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果：病区医院感染管理小组感控护士心理授权工作意义得分最高（13.36±1.288）,其次是工作自主性和自我效能（12.64±1.690,12.53±1.582）,工作影响得分最低（11.01±2.019）。男性感控护士心理授权水平高于女性（F=6.574,P=0.012）;中级及以上职称高于初级感控护士的心理授权水平（F=5.528,P=0.021）;科室内部对兼职工作给予奖金兑现的感控护士心理授权水平高于未得到奖励的感控护士（F=0.040,P=0.841）;婚姻状况、兼职原因不同的感控护士其心理授权水平无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;结论：病区医院感染管理小组感控护士心理授权处于较高水平,感控护士心理授权水平受性别、职称及兼职是否奖励等因素的影响。

Objective：To understand the level of psychological authorization of nurse infection management group and explore its influencing factors.Methods：The demographic characteristics of infection nurses were explored by using the self-made general demographic characteristics questionnaire.The psychological authorization scale was used to evaluate the psychological authorization level of infection control nurses.The psychological authorization scale was used to evaluate the psychological authorization level of infection control nurses.SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the data.Results：Work significance in psychological authorization of infection control norses in ward hospital infection inanagement group had the highest score（13.36±1.288）,followed by work autonomy and self-efficacy（12.64±1.690,12.53±1.582）,the lowest impact of the work（11.01±2.019）psychdogical authorization level in male was higher than that in fenale（F=6.574,P〈0.05）.Intermediate and above titles were higher than primary infection control nurses in psychological authorization level（F=5.528,P〉0.05）.Infeetion control narses who gotb bonuses for part-tim work had no different psychological authorization level than the award-free infection control nurses（P〉0.05）;Marital status,part-time reasons had no significant effeet on psychological level（P〉0.05）;Conclusion：Ward hospital infection management team＇s infection control nurses psychological authority is at a high level,infection control nurses psychological authorization level is influenced by gender,title and part-time reward and other factors.
