顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用分析2种花色蒙古莸挥发性花香成分 被引量:2

摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取方法收集蓝紫色和浅粉色2种花色蒙古莸鲜花的挥发物,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析蒙古莸鲜花的挥发性成分。结果表明,在2种花色蒙古莸鲜花挥发物中共检测出33种成分,分别属于萜烯类、酯类、酮类、烷烃类、芳香烃类、胺类、腈类和其他类。在上述8类成分中,蓝紫色蒙古莸花的萜烯类化合物相对含量最高,而浅粉色蒙古莸花的酯类化合物相对含量最高。蓝紫色蒙古莸花主要挥发性成分为β-蒎烯、3-蒈烯、(1R)-6,6-二甲基-二环[3,1,1]庚烷-2-酮和γ-松油烯,浅粉色蒙古莸花主要挥发性成分为N-(3,4-二甲苯基)甘氨酸乙酯、2-丙烯酸,3-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-乙基己基酯、邻-异丙基甲苯、D-柠檬烯和(1R)-2,6,6-三甲基二环[3,1,1]-2-庚烯。 Caryopteris mongolica Bunge were rare and protected plant species with high medical value and economic value. In this study,the floral volatiles from blue-violet flower Caryopteris mongolica Bunge and pink flower Caryopteris mongolica Bunge were collected with headspace solid-phase micro extraction(HS-SPME) method, and then were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) technique. The results showed that a total of 35 components were found in the volatiles of these two colors of Caryopteris mongolica Bunge,which belonged to terpene,ester,ketone,alkane,aromatic,amine,nitrile and others; Among the 8 categories of components above,Caryopteris mongolica Bunge with blue-violet flower,was with the highest release amount of terpene; the release amount of ester was the highest from Caryopteris mongolica Bunge with pink flower; The main volatile components of blue-violet Caryopteris mongolica Bunge were β-Pinene,3-Carene,6,6-dimethyl-(1 R)-bicyclo [3,1,1] heptan-2-one and γ-Terpinene; while in light pink Caryopteris mongolica Bunge,the main volatile components were 2-Amino-2-oxo-acetic acid-N-[3,4-dimethylphenyl]-ethyl ester,2-Propenoic acid,3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-ethylhexyl ester,o-Cymene and D-Limonene and(1 R)-2,6,6-Trimethylbicyclo[3,1,1]hept-2-ene.
