根黄分散片治疗鸡传染性喉气管炎临床疗效试验

Clinical efficacy of Genhuang dispersible tablets on Infectious Laryngotracheitis of chickens

目的：考察根黄分散片对鸡传染性喉气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将临床确诊的患鸡传染性喉气管炎鸡群随机分为中兽药根黄分散片低剂量组（2片/只）、中剂量组（3片/只）、高剂量组（4片/只）,混饮给药。结果：3个剂量根黄分散片对鸡传染性喉气管炎均具有较好的疗效,尤其以中、高剂量组最好,三组别之间无显著性差异。结论：根黄分散片按2-4片/只的量混饮给药,治疗鸡传染性喉气管炎效果较好。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Genhuang dispersible tablets on Infectious Laryngotracheitis in chickens. Methods：Chickens infected with Infectious Laryngotracheitis in clinic were randomly divided into four groups including the low dose group（2 tablets/chicken）,medium dose group（3 tablets/chicken）,high dose group（4 tablets/chicken）and the control group. Genhuang dispersible tablets were administered mixed with water. Results：Genhuang dispersible tablets had significant efficacy on Infectious Laryngotracheitis,especially the medium and high dose group,and there was no significant difference among three treated groups. Conclusion：Genhuang dispersible tablets have good effect on Infectious Laryngotracheitis at the dose of 2-4 tablets/chicken.
