摘要
中国装备制造业技术效率具有典型的空间差异特征,这主要取决于区位生产要素禀赋、区域科技水平、所有制结构、市场结构、信息化水平和对外开放度等因素的不同。采用2005—2016年的省级面板数据,研究装备制造业的技术效率及其影响因素。结果发现:(1)技术效率正在呈现逐步上升趋势,区域之间的差异正在逐步缩小,中部和西部之间的差异大于东部和中部之间的差异。(2)各个细分行业的技术效率存在较大差异。(3)区域科技水平、市场结构、信息化水平和对外开放度对技术效率提升具有显著的正作用,所有制结构则对技术效率提升具有显著的负作用。
The technological efficiency of China＇s equipment manufacturing industry has typical spatial difference characteristics, which is mainly determined by factors such as location factor endowments, regional science andtechnology level,ownership structure,market structure,informatization level and opening degree. Using the provincialpanel data for 2005—2016 years,the technical efficiency and the influencing factors of the equipment manufacturingindustry are studied. The results are as follows：（1）Technical efficiency is showing a gradual upward trend,and thedifference between regions is narrowing. The difference between the central and western regions is bigger than thatbetween the eastern and central parts.（2）There are great differences in the technical efficiency of each subdivision.（3）Regional science and technology level, market structure, information level and openness have a significant positiveeffect on technological efficiency,and ownership structure has a significant negative effect on technological efficiency.
