定心汤加太子参 合欢皮治疗心脏神经症患者临床观察

Dingxin Clinical Observation of Dingxin Decoction Combined with Pseudostellaria Heterophylla (Miq.) Pax and Silktree Albizia Bark in the Treatment of Cardiac Neurosis

目的评价定心汤加太子参、合欢皮治疗心脏神经症(气血两虚型)的疗效。方法选择符合条件的心脏神经症患者共40例。患者入选后口服定心汤加减太子参、合欢皮,每日2次,用药共28d。记录患者服药前后中医症状积分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表分数。运用SPSS 12.0软件进行结果分析。结果治疗后患者中医症状积分,汉密尔顿焦虑量表及汉密尔顿抑郁量表积分较治疗前下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定心汤加太子参、合欢皮能有效改善心脏神经症(气血两虚型)患者中医症状,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dinga：in decoction combined with Pseudostellaria heterophylla （Miq.） Pax and Silktree Albizia Bark on cardiac neurosis. Methods Forty patients who met the criteria were selected. These patients took orallyDingxin decoction in combination with Pseudostellaria heterophylla （Miq.） Pax and Silktree Albizia Bark twice a day. Their scores of TCM, HAMA and HAMD were recorded. SPSS. 19 was used to analyze the results. Results The scores of symptoms of these patients decreased after treatment and the difference was statistically significant.Conclu- sion Ding：rin decoction combined with Pseudostellaria heterophylla （Miq.） Pax and Silktree Albizia Bark can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with cardiac neurosis.
