烤瓷牙修复的常见并发症统计及对策讨论

Analysis of common complications and countermeasures in restoration of porcelain teeth

目的统计烤瓷牙修复的临床常见并发症,讨论其对策。方法回顾分析200例行烤瓷牙修复者的临床资料,统计烤瓷牙修复后的并发症发生率,并讨论每一种并发症相应的治疗对策。结果烤瓷牙修复者200例并发症发生率为9.50%(19/200),共9种类型,其中崩瓷3例,基牙疼痛2例,基牙折断3例,牙冠脱落1例,牙髓炎3例,继发龋齿2例,牙龈黑线1例,食物嵌塞2例,天然牙磨损过度2例。结论烤瓷牙修复过程中应根据患者实际情况制定针对性的设计,操作时需注意细节,烤瓷牙修复完成后及时复查,有效预防和处理常见并发症,以恢复患牙的形态和功能。

Objective To analyze the common complications and countermeasures of the restora- tion of porcelain teeth. Methods The clinical data of 200 cases of porcelain tooth restorers were reviewed and analyzed. The incidence of complications after the restoration of porcelain teeth was analyzed, and the corresponding treatment strategies for each kind of complications were discussed. Results The incidence of complications in 200 cases of porcelain tooth restorers was 9.50% （19/200） , a total of 9 types, including 3 cases of porcelain avalanche, 2 cases of basic tooth pain, 3 cases of the original tooth broken, 1 case of dental crown fall, 3 cases of dental pulpitis, 2 cases of secondary caries, 1 case of gingival black lines, 2 cases of food impaction and 2 cases of natural tooth wear. Conclusions In the process of the restoration of porcelain teeth, the specific design should be made according to the actual situation of the patients. The details should be paid attention to during the operation. After the restoration of the porcelain teeth, the common complications should be effectively prevented and handled to restore the shape and fimction of the affected teeth.
