坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通对卵巢早衰患者卵巢功能及血清性激素水平的影响

Effects of kuntai capsules combined with fenmeton on ovarian function and serum sex hormone levels in patients with premature ovarian failure

目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通治疗对卵巢早衰患者卵巢功能及血清性激素水平的影响。方法选择卵巢早衰患者160例作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,每组80例。对照组给予芬吗通治疗,观察组给予坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通治疗,比较两组治疗前后患者的卵巢功能与血清性激素水平变化。结果治疗前两组患者卵巢功能与血清性激素水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者卵巢平均卵巢直径值与窦状卵泡数值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者性激素水平促卵泡生成素与黄体生成素值均低于对照组,雌二醇高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将坤泰胶囊与芬吗通联合用于治疗卵巢早衰患者对其卵巢功能与血清性激素水平具有较好的改善效果,临床疗效显著优于单一使用芬吗通治疗。

Objective To investigate the effects of kuutai capsule combined with fenomenon on ovarian function and serum sex hormone levels in patients with premature ovarian failure. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with premature ovarian failure were selected as the study subjects, and all pa- tients were randomly divided into two groups, with 80 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with fenmeton, and the patients in the observation group were treated with kuntai cap- sule combined with fenmeton, and the changes of the ovarian function and serum sex hormone levels in the two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results There was no significant differ- ence the in ovarian function and serum sex hormone levels between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05 ）. The average MOD and AFC values of the ovary in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. In the observation group, both FSH and LH were lower than those of the control group, and E2 was higher than the control group, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions In the treatment of patients with premature ovari- an failure, kuntai capsule combined with fenomenon can better improve the ovarian function and serum sex hormone level, and the clinical effect is significantly better than the single use of kuntai capsule combined with fenomenon.
