摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌中高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)蛋白表达及其与Fascin-1蛋白表达的相关性。
方法采用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测98例乳腺癌组织中HMGB1和Fascin-1蛋白的表达及45例正常乳腺组织中HMGB1蛋白的表达情况。结果HMGB1蛋白在乳腺癌组织中阳性率为60.2%(59/98),较正常乳腺组织的15.6%(7/45)显著增强(P〈0.01)。Fascin-1蛋白在乳腺癌组织中阳性率为36.7%(36/98)。HMGB1蛋白阳性乳腺癌患者的Fascin-1蛋白表达率(45.8%,27/59)较HMGB1蛋白阴性患者(23.1%,9/39)显著增强(P〈0.05)。
结论乳腺癌中HMGB1高表达,其可能通过下游信号通路正性调控Fascin-1表达。
ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of high-mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) protein in breast cancer patients and its correlation with Fascin-1 protein expression.MethodsThe immunohistochemical technique, EnVision method, was used to evaluate the expression of HMGB1 and Fascin-1 in 98 patients with breast cancer, and HMGB1 protein was also detected in 45 cases of normal breast tissue.ResultsHMGB1 protein expression rates was significantly higher in breast cancer patients (60.2%, 59/98) than that in normal breast tissue (15.6%, 7/45), P〈0.01. Fascin-1 protein expression rate in breast cancer was (36.7%, 36/98). Fascin-1 expression rates was significantly higher in HMGB1 positive breast cancer cases (45.8%, 27/59) than that in HMGB1 negative cases (23.1%, 9/39), P〈0.05.ConclusionsHMGB1 has high expression in patients with breast cancer, it can positively regulate Fascin-1 expression through the downstream signaling pathways.
