体外高频热疗辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of external high-frequency heat therapy in adjuvant treatment of tuberculous pleurisy

目的探讨体外高频热疗辅助抗结核化疗治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法按照不同的临床干预方案，将57例胸膜炎患者分为治疗组28例和对照组29例。治疗组给予体外高频热疗＋全身抗结核治疗，对照组给予全身抗结核治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.9%，对照组为65.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论体外高频热疗辅助抗结核化疗治疗结核性胸膜炎与全身抗结核药物具有协同作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of external high-frequency heat therapy in adju- vant treatment of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods Fifty-seven patients with tuberculous pleurisy were di- vided into treatment group （28 cases） and control group （29 cases） according to intervention protocols. Patients in treatment group were given external high-frequency heat therapy ＋ systemic anti-tuberculosis therapy, while patients in control group were treated by systemic anti-tuberculosis. After treatments, the clinicaI effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results Total effective rate was 92.9% in treatment group and 65.5 % in control group. There was significant difference in total effective rate be- tween treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions External high-frequency heat thera- py in chemotherapy adjuvant treatment of tuberculous pleurisy and systemic anti-tuberculosis therapy may be effective treatments for tuberculous pleurisy.
