摘要
当前地方高校普遍存在着一些严重阻碍全校上下形成支持与配合氛围的弊端,体现在学校缺乏统领师资队伍拼搏向上的梦想,得过且过,教师队伍人心涣散,集体的智慧与力量被压抑,人才培养工作的中心地位没有落实到位等方面。不甘心只做"双一流"工程看客的地方高校,应以共同的目标凝聚师资队伍,让教师看到发展希望。结合具体的规章制度,促使教师将个人发展与学校发展结合起来,关注学生的在校体验,创造条件促进学生主动参与学业。
Under the "Double World-class"construction boom,a lot of local colleges and universities are eager to try. However,there are some barriers at the local colleges and universities which block the whole education team to cooperate and innovation. The emphasis is in the following three sessions: lack of striving upward dream of heading the faculty; faculty division,and the wisdom and strength of whole faculty is suppressed; the center of talents training is not in place. If one college or university doesn't just want to be an onlooker,it needs to build a common dream for the faculty,and help the faculty see the development hope;combined with specific rules and regulations,to encourage teachers combine personal development with school development; to pay attention to students in the school experience,and create conditions for promoting students' participation.
