摘要
隐蔽课程是教育促进个体社会化的中介,承担着育人的功能。当前,隐蔽课程存在对学生规训的现象:一是物质层面上,通过生活时空的控制规训学生的身体;二是制度层面上,通过量化管理制度规训学生的行为;三是精神层面上,通过价值观念的塑造规训学生的灵魂。因此,学校应当通过明晰隐蔽课程的重要作用、增加时空分配的灵活性、实施弹性化的纪律规范、构建发展性的学生评价制度来调适隐蔽课程中的规训现象,使隐蔽课程回归本真,充分发挥其应有的功能和价值。
Hidden curriculum is the medium of education promotes individual socialization and bears the value of educating people. At present,the students are disciplined in the hidden curriculum. Firstly,on the material level,hidden curriculum disciplines students' body by controlling life time and space; secondly,on the institution level,hidden curriculum disciplines students' behavior by implementing quantitative management system; thirdly,on the spiritual level,hidden curriculum disciplines students' soul by shaping the values of the students. School should adjust the discipline of hidden curriculum by clearing the important role of hidden curriculum,increasing the flexibility of time and space allocation,implementing stretch discipline norms and establishing developmental evaluation system for students to adjust the discipline of hidden curriculum and give full play to its due function and value.
