早泄是男科常见病、多发病。它对性生活质量、夫妻关系及家庭稳定都有一定影响。李曰庆教授辨证论治本病有丰富的临床经验。他认为早泄的病因是禀赋素弱,外感六淫,或七情内伤等。核心病机是心肾不交、肝郁气滞、阴虚火旺、肾气不固。治疗原则以"虚则补之,实则泻之"为纲,倡导用交通心肾、从肝论治、益肾健脾等多种方法治疗早泄。

Premature ejaculation is a common and frequently-occurring disease in andrology department,which has influence on quality of sex, marital relationships, and even family stability. Professor Li Yueqing has rich clinical experience in the treatment of the disease. He believes that the cause of premature ejaculation is the weakness of natural endowment, exogenous disease caused by six climate exopathogens, or internal damages by seven emotions. The core pathogenesis is disharmony between heart and kidney, liver qi stagnation, unconsolidation of the kidney-qi. The treatment principle should be treating deficiency syndrome with tonifying method and treating excess syndrome with purgative method, and many methods including coordinating heart-kidney, treatment from liver and tonifying kidney for strengthing spleen could be used.
