Monitoring of death causes among residents in Weinan City in 2016

目的通过对渭南市居民死亡原因分析,掌握当地居民死因顺位及各疾病死亡率,为制定卫生政策及评价卫生工作质量提供依据。方法采用现况研究分析2016年渭南市全人群死亡原因及死亡率。结果渭南市居民死亡率为608.15/10万,标化死亡率707.97/10万;男性死亡率为674.58/10万,明显高于女性的537.82/10万(P<0.05);居民死因顺位前5位的疾病依次为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病及消化系统疾病;循环系统疾病和肿瘤分别占死因疾病的56.61%和24.11%;35~84岁人群死亡人数随年龄增长呈现出逐年上升趋势,75~84岁达到峰值。结论慢性非传染性疾病已成为危害渭南市居民健康的一大杀手,应从慢性病的危险因素入手,分别施策,综合防治,减少慢性病发病率和死亡率。

[Objective] Through the analysis on the causes of death among residents in Weinan City,to master rank order of causes of death and the mortality of all various diseases,provide the basis for formulating the health policies and evaluating the quality of health work. [Methods] The causes of death and mortality in the whole population in Weinan City in 2016 were analyzed by the cross-sectional investigation. [Results] The mortality rate was 608.15/lakh in Weinan City in 2016,and the standardized mortality rate was 707.97/lakh. The mortality rate in males（674.58/lakh） was significantly higher than that in females（537.82/lakh）（P〈0.05）. The first five diseases in the causes of death were circulatory system disease,tumor,injury and poisoning,respiratory system disease and digestive system disease. The deaths of tumors and circulatory system diseases accounted for 56.61% and 24.11% of the causes of death,respectively. The number of deaths in people aged 35-84 years old increased with age,and reached the peak in 75-84 year-old age group. [Conclusion] Chronic non-communicable diseases have become a major killer of the health of the residents in Weinan City. It is necessary to take comprehensive measures according to the risk factors of chronic diseases,to reduce the morbidity and mortality of chronic diseases.
