2013—2016年上海市闵行区托幼机构消毒质量监测

Monitoring results of disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens in Minhang District of Shanghai from 2013-2016

目的了解上海市闵行区托幼机构消毒质量状况,为托幼机构传染病防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对托幼机构的消毒质量进行监测。结果 2013—2016年上海市闵行区托幼机构消毒质量监测合格率分别为98.44%、98.61%、98.73%和97.53%;2013—2016年公立托幼机构消毒质量合格率明显高于民办托幼机构(χ2=4.78,P<0.05);2014年3级托幼机构消毒质量合格率较低,与其他级别托幼机构的差异具有统计学意义(χ2=24.76,P<0.01)。结论闵行区托幼机构消毒质量总体情况较好,但工作人员手、环境物体表面等环节的消毒仍较薄弱。

[Objective]To investigate the disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens in Minhang District of Shanghai,provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in nurseries and kindergartens. [Methods] On-site investigation and sampling examination were used to monitor the disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens. [Results] The qualified rate of disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens in Minhang District of Shanghai from 2013-2016 was 98.44%,98.61%,98.73% and 97.53%,successively. During 2013-2016,the qualified rate of public kindergartens were significantly higher than that of private kindergartens（χ^2=4.78,P〈0.05）. In 2014,the qualified rate of grade-3 kindergartens was lower than that of kindergartens at other grades,and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=24.76,P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens of Minhang District in Shanghai is good as a whole. However,there is still weakness in the disinfection quality of the hands of staff,and disinfection in environment and surface of objects.
