摘要
文章对ESCA的基本原理作了简单的叙述,然后回顾了它在造纸科学研究中的实际应用,并结合实例讨论了其谱图解析和结果分析,由此说明了由ESCA得到的碳、氧谱峰可以来分析植物纤维和纸浆样品表面碳水化合物的相对含量。另外,表面存在的其它元素如硫、钠、氮等,都可以用ESCA来分析。
ESCA is a powerful method for surface analysis. After a review of its theory and practical applications in wood fiber and pulp samples, the experimental and data processes are described. Examples of studying the surface composition of pulp are given. It is shown that the O/C atomic ratio and three components of the C13 peak can reflect the relative content of carbohydrates on the surface. Moreover, other elements introduced by the pulping process, such as S, Na, N etc, also can be detected by ESCA.
