摘要 肺结节在临床上为常见病变,一般多为X线、CT检查时偶然发现,传统的影像学检查方法各有优势,但随着影像新技术的发展,比如MSCT、LDCT、数字化断层融合技术、CT灌注成像、PET-CT、能谱CT、增强CT扫描等检查技术的出现,临床对于肺结节的检出及随访不再局限,同时提高了肺结节的检出率以及良恶性结节的鉴别诊断。磁共振作为近年来迅速发展的影像检查技术,因其多序列多参数成像、无辐射及较低的假阳性率被广泛应用于临床检查。本文就磁共振成像检查技术对孤立性肺结节的研究进展进行综述。 Pulmonary nodule is a common disease in clinical,which was found by X-ray,CT examination accidentally. Although the traditional imaging methods have their own advantages,with the development of new imaging techniques,such as the appearance of MSCT,LDCT,digital tomosynthesis,CT perfusion imaging,PET-CT,Spectral CT and enhanced CT scanning,the clinical detection and follow-up of pulmonary nodules are no longer limited,which also improve the detection rate of pulmonary nodules and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),which developed rapidly in recent years,has been widely used in clinical examination because of its multi sequence parameter imaging,no radiation and low false positive rate. This article reviews the research progress of magnetic resonance imaging in solitary pulmonary nodules and summarizes as follows.
