颅内血管外皮细胞瘤的CT和MRI诊断分析

摘要 目的:分析颅内血管外皮细胞瘤的CT和MRI诊断特征。方法:回顾性分析我院2016年1月~2017年1月所收治的20例颅内血管外皮细胞癌症患者的临床病例资料作为研究对象,20例患者均采用CT平扫、增强扫描、MRI平扫以及DWI检查,其中6例患者行MRA、MRV检查,对比分析CT、MRI平扫的结果。结果:检查结果显示,肿瘤强化明显者20例,其中18例占位效益呈现不同程度;呈现方式为类圆形和波浪状分叶的例数分别有3例和17例;肿瘤细胞中出现坏死、囊变者15例,肿瘤内部可见血管流空信号者13例。T1WI中呈现略高或高信号以及等低信号的例数分别为7例和13例;T2WI中呈现混杂高信号及等低信号的例数分别为例12例和8例;DWI上呈等低信号及高信号的案例分别有14例和6例。脑膜以窄基底相连与宽基底相连的分别有8例和12例。结论:颅内血管外皮细胞瘤的CT和MRI诊断表现具有特征性,对于术前诊断有重要的应用价值。 Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of hemangiopericytoma. Methods: The clinical data about 20 patients with hemangiopericytoma treated from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital was reviewed. The CT plain scan,enhancement scan,MRI plain scan and DWI examinations were applied. 6 cases adopted the MRA and MRV examinations. The CT and MRI plain scan results were compared. Results: There were 20 enhanced cases including 18 cases of different degrees of occupying effects. There were quasi-circular images(3 cases) and wavy lobulated images(17 cases). There were 15 cases of necrosis and cystic lesions. In the tumor,there were 13 cases of flow void signal. T1 WI was presented with slightly high or high signal(7 cases) and iso-signal or low signal(13 cases). T2 WI was presented with mixed high signal(12 cases) and iso-signal or low signal(8 cases); DWI was presented with iso-signal or low signal(14 cases) and high signal(6 cases). There were 8 cases with narrowly connected base and 12 broadly connected cases. Conclusion: The CT and MRI examination is of great importance in the diagnosis of hemangiopericytoma.
