螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对2型糖尿病的冠状动脉病变的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Spiral CT Coronary Angiography in Coronary Artery Lesions of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对2型糖尿病的冠状动脉病变的诊断价值。方法:选取2014年5月至2017年5月东莞东华医院收治的172例存在冠状动脉病变的2型糖尿病患者,以冠状动脉造影作为检查的金标准,同时对全部患者均开展螺旋CT检查,比较两种检查方法的检查结果。结果:经过相应方法检查可知,两种检查方式的检查准确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);64排螺旋CT显示多排螺旋CT血管造影诊断冠状动脉狭窄的敏感性,特异性,阳性预测值以及阴性预测值均较高。结论:螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对2型糖尿病的冠状动脉病变的诊断价值较高,同时其检查无创,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value of spiral CT coronary angiography in coronary artery disease of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： A total of 172 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary artery disease were enrolled in ourhospital from May 2014 to May 2017. Coronary angiography was used as the gold standard for examination. At the same time,spiral CT was performed in all patients,then compared the results of the two inspection methods. Results： The results showed that there was no significant difference in the accuracy of the two methods（P 〉0. 05）. The 64-slice spiral CT showed the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion： The Spiral CT coronary angiography was valuable in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and its noninvasive examination could be applied in clinical practice.
