摘要
介绍了纳米硫化钼的物理和化学制备方法,主要讨论了化学气相沉积法、水热/溶剂热法、沉淀法、前驱体热解法等近年来新开发纳米硫化钼制备方法。探讨了线/棒/管状、富勒烯状、球状、花状等特定形貌纳米硫化钼的形成机理及性能,分析了金属掺杂对硫化钼表面活性位点及性能的影响。最后,展望了这些特定形貌纳米硫化钼的研究进展及应用。
Molybdenum sulfide nanoparticles( nano-MoS2) are widely applied in catalysis,lubrication,photoelectric materials,deep hydrodesulfurization of diesel oil and other fields because of its unique layered-structure and properties.The physical and chemical preparation methods for nano-MoS2 are introduced. The main preparation methods developed newly in recent years,for instance,chemical vapor deposition,hydrothermal/solvothermal method,precipitation method and precursor pyrolysis method,are discussed.This paper investigates the formation mechanism and performances of nano-MoS2 in shapes of wire/rod/tube,fullerene-like,ball-like,flower-like and other specific morphologies.The effect of metal doping on the surface active sites and properties of molybdenum sulfide are analyzed.Finally,the research progresses and applications of these MoS2 with specific morphologies and relating composite materials are prospected.
