摘要
针对油气田压裂返排液具有高矿化物、高氯离子的水质特点,研制出压裂返排液电化学处理装置。该装置采用一体式系统组合设计,主要包括反应系统、排污系统、检测系统、电控系统和辅助系统。现场应用效果表明,该电化学装置可有效地去除返排液中的有害成分,处理后的返排液可用于重新配制压裂液。
An electrochemical treatment device for fracturing flowback fluid is developed in response to the characteristics of high concentrations of mineralizer and chloride ion in the fracturing flowback fluid in the oil and gas fields.This device is designed into an integrated system mainly including a reaction system,a sewage discharge system,a detection system,an electronic control system and an auxiliary system. The spot applications verify that this device can remove effectively the harmful components in the fracturing flowback fluid and the treated flowback fluid can be used to reformulate the fracturing fluid.
