分散固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定烟用接装纸中2种异噻唑啉酮抗菌剂 被引量:8

摘要 为了测定烟用接装纸中异噻唑啉酮抗菌剂的含量,通过分散固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱(d-SPE-GC/MS)建立了烟用接装纸中2-甲基-1-异噻唑啉-3-酮(MI)和5-氯-2-甲基-1-异噻唑啉-3-酮(CMI)的定量分析方法。以萘-d8为内标物,分别考察了不同萃取剂、萃取时间、洗脱体积和净化方式对测试MI和CMI的影响。结果表明,MI和CMI的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别在3%和10%以内,回收率分别在96.33%-107.62%和92.59%-102.44%范围内,MI和CMI的检测限和定量限分别为0.007、0.024μg/mL及0.012、0.039μg/mL。结果表明,该法具有较好的重现性和准确性,可适用于烟用接装纸中异噻唑啉酮含量的测定。 In order to determine two kinds of isothizaolinone antibacterial agents in the tipping paper for cigarette,a dispersive solid-phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( d-SPE-GC/MS) method is used to determine quantitively 2-methyl-1-isothizaolin-3-one( MI) and 5-chloro-2-methyl-1-isothizaolin-3-one( CMI) in tipping paper for cigarette.With naphthalene-d8 as the internal standard,the effects of extraction agent,extraction time,eluent volume and purification ways on the determination of MI and CMI are investigated. The results show the relative standard deviations for MI and CMI are less than 3% and 10%,respectively.The recovery rates for MI and CMI are in the ranges of 96. 33%-107. 62% and 92. 59%-102. 44%,respectively. Their detection limits are 0. 007 μg·mL^(-1) and 0. 024 μg·mL^(-1),respectively and their quantitative limits are 0. 012 μg·mL^(-1) and 0. 039 μg·mL^(-1),respectively.It is verified that this method has good reproducibility and accuracy and can be used to determine the isothizaolinone content in tipping paper for cigarette.
