壳聚糖对盐胁迫下白三叶种子萌发及幼苗生长的缓解作用 被引量:11

Effects of Chitosan on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Trifolium Repens under Salt Stress

摘要 以白三叶为研究材料,在100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫处理下,研究了不同浓度的外源壳聚糖(CTS)对白三叶种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:50 mg/L CTS处理对盐胁迫下种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数有较好的促进作用,分别比对照CK2提高了10.16%、12.13%、14.11和64.57;同时其相对胚根长、相对胚芽长、株高、鲜重、干重和根冠比等指标分别提高了30.6%、21.1%、1.38、0.403 5、0.155 2和0.202 3。试验说明一定浓度的CTS浸种可促进盐胁迫下白三叶种子萌发及幼苗生长,有效减轻盐胁迫伤害。50 mg/L的CTS可以作为抗盐剂应用于白三叶在盐渍地的种植。 Trifolium repens was used as materials to examine the effect of exogenous chitosan(CTS) on seed germination and seedling growth under the stress treatment of 100 mmol/L NaCl. The result showed that the germination rate, germination energy, germination index, and vigor index of the seed under salt stress were better increased which were 10.16%, 12.13%, 14.11 and 64.57, respectively compared with the control group CK2 after being presoaked with 50 mg/L CTS. At the same time, the relative radicle length, relative germ length, plant height, fresh weight, dry weight and root shoot ratio were increased by 30.6%, 21.1%, 1.38, 0.403 5, 0.155 2 and 0.202 3, respectively. These results indicated that the CTS could effectively promote the seed germination and seedling growth of Trifolium repens under salt stress and mitigate the injuries of salt stress. 50 mg/L CTS could be used as salt resistance of Trifolium repens cultivated in the salinized soil.
