甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病1例

Insulin glargine combined with oral hypoglycemic agents achieved better glucose control:Case Report on One Type 2 Diabetes Patient

1例2型糖尿病患者使用口服降糖药物治疗血糖控制不佳,加用甘精胰岛素治疗3个月,空腹静脉血糖由10.6mmol/L降至6.06mmol/L,糖化血糖蛋白由8.7%降至7.9%。患者监测餐后2小时指血血糖11~14mmol/L,加用磷酸西格列汀100mg qd治疗3个月。后监测空腹指血血糖5-7mmol/L,餐后2小时指血血糖8~11mmol/L,复查糖化血红蛋白7.2%。无不良反应和低血糖发生。结论:口服降糖药控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者,调整为甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药后可有效控制血糖。

One type 2 diabetes patient treated with oral antidiabetic drugs was administrated into the Endocrinology Department because of poor glucose control. Insulin glargine w as added to the patient for 3 months,the fasting venous glucose reduced to 6. 06 mmol/L from 10. 6 mmol/L,glycosylatedhemoglobinreduced to 7. 9% from 8. 7%. Because of high postprandialglucose（ 11-14 mmol/L）,sitagliptin phosphate w as added for another 3 months. The patient got better fasting glucose of 5-7 mmol/L,postprandialglucose of 8-11 mmol/L and glycosylatedhemoglobinof 7. 2%. There w ere no adverse effects and hypoglycemia during treatment. Conclusion： Combining insulin glargine and oral antidiabetic drugs can achieve better glucose control in type 2 diabetes patient.
