老年黄斑变性患者社会心理干预研究进展

Psychosocial intervention on patients with Age-related Macular Degeneration: a review

老年黄斑变性是老年人视力严重丧失的主要原因,随着患者不可逆的视力丧失,引起情绪障碍、日常生活困难等,进而导致生存质量下降。社会心理干预对缓解其心理困扰和社会功能障碍,提高生存质量起到至关重要的作用。本文就国内外有关老年黄斑变性患者的社会心理干预方法及干预效果等进行综述,总结社会心理干预在老年黄斑变性患者中应用的研究进展,为提高其生存质量提供新的方向和视角。

Age-related Macular Degeneration （AMD） is the leading cause of severe vision loss in older adults. Along with the irreversible loss of vision, patients may suffer emotional disorders, daily life difficulties, etc. All of these will lead to patients＇ quality of life decline. Social psychological intervention plays a vital role in alleviating patients＇ psychological distress and social dysfunction, and improving their quality of life. In this paper, the authors summarized the methods, applications and effects of psychosocial interventions in patients with AMD. It could provide reference for improving the patients＇ quality of life in future.
