摘要
卫生技术人员专业构成和专业对口情况是医疗机构服务能力和水平的体现,也是医疗机构进行人才队伍培养和引进的依据。我国乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员中,既存在从事某专业的人员中,不是本专业背景的情况;又存在所学某专业的人员中,并未从事本专业工作岗位的现象。专业符合率和稳定性都有待提高。结论:乡镇卫生院应根据卫生技术人员专业结构、专业符合率、转移率等多项指标,适时适当调整人才队伍发展规划。
The structure and consistence of majors of the health technicians can not only reflect the levels of the health facility,but also can guide the talent building and introduction for health facility. In the township health centers in China,two phenomena coexist: some staff who work in a certain post do not have relevant professional backgrounds while some other staff who have the professional background do not work in relevant post. Therefore, township health centers should adjust the development plan of talent team timely and appropriately according to many indicators such as professional structure,professional compliance rate and transfer rate.
