Research on Application of WBS Technology in Standardization Organizations Evaluation

本文介绍了WBS技术的历史发展与应用现状,探讨将WBS技术运用于标准化组织机构评估的可行性,从理论上验证WBS可以在标准化领域组织机构评估中应用。从量、质、效3个方面提出对标准化组织机构工作进行任务分解,尝试用WBS技术构建标准化组织机构评估指标体系,随机抽选10家技术委员会验证指标可用性和合理性,证明WBS技术可将标准化组织机构工作任务很好地分解,并可在标准化组织机构评估领域开展应用。

This paper introduces the historical development and application of WBS technology, discusses the possibility of applying WBS technology to the standardization organizations evaluation, and theoretically verifies the technology can be applied in the standardization organizations evaluation field. The paper proposes the task decomposition of the work of standardization organizations from the three aspects of quantity, quality and efficiency. It tries to use WBS technology to set up a standardization organizations evaluation index system, and randomly selects ten technical committees to verify the availability and rationality of those indicators, demonstrating that WBS technology can decompose the standardization organizations tasks well, and the technology can be applied in the standardization organizations evaluation.
