习近平总书记关于新时代党的建设总要求中提出"不断提高党的建设质量",这是中国特色社会主义进入新时代条件下党对自身建设的新要求新思路。基层党建工作是高校党建工作中较为突出的薄弱环节,如何利用标准化手段助力高校基层党建质量提升具有较强实践意义。本文就如何充分利用标准化原理推进党建工作制度系统化、工作职责清晰化、工作内容程序化、工作要求规范化、工作考核精细化进行了探讨分析。

Chinese President Xi Jinping proposes to ＂constantly improve the party building quality＂ in the new era, which is the new requirement and idea for the party when China entering the new era. The grassroots party building is a prominent weak link in the party building work at universities, so how to promote the quality of party building by applying standardization means has relatively strong practical meaning. The paper explores and analyzes in detail how to use standardization principles to establish the working mechanism of party building, define work responsibility, procedures and requirements, and refine work assessment.
