基于声波干涉理论对双缸压缩机吸气噪声影响分析

摘要 基于声波干涉理论对我司某款双缸压缩机在单、双吸气方式下进行吸气噪声影响分析,对比三种分液器模型方案得出单吸气结构压力脉动值较小,且单吸气比双吸气结构具有更好的降噪效果的结论。同时与试验结果对比验证理论方法正确有效,分析方法可以为双缸压缩机吸气方式噪声优化设计方案提供指导依据。 Based on sound wave interference theory, the suction noise influence analysis of certain double- cylinder compressor of our company under single and double suction modes are carried out. Comparing three accumulator model schemes, it is found that single suction structures have small pressure pulsations and have better sound reduction effects than those of double suction structures. The theory is verified to be correct and effective by comparing with test results. The analysis method proposed in the paper can be used to instruct the design schemes for suction noise optimization of double-cylinder compressors.
