摘要 实验室研究表明:杨木和桉木用亚钠预浸渍的爆破法制浆与化学药品加用量相同的常规CMP和CTMP相比,纸浆强度性质较好而磨浆单位能牦较低。 半工业规模试验表明:杨木爆破法浆比化学药品用量相同的CMP强度要好,单位能耗低。在大致相同的游离度下,得率85%的漂白杨木爆破法浆的强度性质相当于工业低得率(50%)的漂白硬木浆。 Laboratory results show that explosion pulping of sodium sulfite treated aspen or eucalyptus, paper properties are considerably superior to those of CMP pulp when the same chemical charge is applied during cooking. Explosion pulping at temperature above 190℃ leads to additional permanent fiber softening,consequently to lower relative specific refining energy when compared to conventional CMP pulping.Semi-industrial results show that aspen explosion pulps offer superior paper properties and lower specific energy compared to conventional CMP pulps when prepared with the same chemical charge during cooking. At similar CSF levels, bleached explosion aspen pulp at 85% yield provide paper properties equivalent to, those of commercial low yield (50%) bleached hardwood pulps.
