六味地黄方联合保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of liuwei dihuang prescription combined with baofukang suppository in treating senile vaginitis

目的探讨六味地黄方联合保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取龙岩市永定区妇幼保健院2015—2016年收治的老年性阴道炎患者58例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各29例。对照组患者采用保妇康栓治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加入六味地黄方治疗,两组患者均持续治疗15 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗满意度、疾病复发率,并观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率、治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。研究组患者疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用六味地黄方联合保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效明显,其可提高患者治疗满意度,降低疾病复发率,且安全性较高。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of liuwei dihuang prescription combined with baofukang suppository in treating senile vaginitis.Methods A total of 58 cases of senile vaginitis patients were selected from 2015 to 2016 years in Yongding District Maternity and Child Care Hospital of Longyan City,which were randomly divided into control group and study group,29 cases in each group.The control group was only used baofukang suppository,the study group was treated with liuwei dihuang prescription based on control group,both groups were treated for 15 days.The clinical effect,treatment satisfaction,recurrence of disease were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate and treatment satisfaction in study group were higher than control group（P〈0.05）.There was no adverse reactions happened.The recurrence rate of disease in study group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Liuwei dihuang prescription combined with baofukang suppository have an exactly clinical effect in treating senile vaginitis,it can promote the treatment satisfaction of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,and with high safety.
