摘要
目的探讨天然冬虫夏草多糖的提取方法及其抗氧化活性。方法从天然冬虫夏草粉末中提取粗多糖成分,利用单因素水平对照试验对多糖的提取条件(水的温度、加水体积倍数、浸提时间、浸提次数、浸提pH)进行优化,测定粗多糖的含量及粗多糖清除DPPH的能力。结果热水提取冬虫夏草粗多糖的优化条件为:水的温度为80℃,浸提时间为2 h,浸提加水比为45:1,浸提pH为7,浸提2次,则冬虫夏草粗多糖提取率可达24.03%。清除DPPH实验表明,粗多糖质量浓度为12 mg/ml时,对DPPH的清除率达92.32%。结论优化的方法获得的冬虫夏草多糖提取率高,且冬虫夏草多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide of cordyceps sinensis and to study the antioxidant activity of the polysaccharide.Methods Extracted the crude polysaccharide component from natural cordyceps sinensis,used single factor control test,the extraction conditions of polysaccharide(water temperature,water volume,extraction time,extraction times,extraction pH) were optimized,determined the crude polysaccharide and the scavenging ability of crude polysaccharide to DPPH.Results The extraction conditions of hot water optimization of crude polysaccharide of cordyceps sinensis are:the water temperature of 80 ℃,extraction time of 2 h,extraction and water ratio of 45:1,extraction pH of 7,extracting 2 times,the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide from cordyceps sinensis reached 24.03%.Clear DPPH experiments showed that the DPPH removal rate reached 92.32% when the crude polysaccharide concentration was 12 mg/ml.Conclusion The extraction yield is improved by the best condition of deposition of polysaccharide of cordyceps sinensis effectively and the polysaccharide show potent antioxidant activity.
