枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效观察

The effect observation of mosapride citrate tablets in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的观察枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的效果。方法将GERD患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察治疗后2周、4周、8周的临床症状积分,对比2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%明显高于对照组88.00%,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组烧心、反酸、胸骨后疼痛症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组临床症状积分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后2周2组间临床症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后4周、8周,观察组临床症状积分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸橼酸莫沙必利片能够有效改善GERD患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of mosapride citrate tablets in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 100 cases patients with gastroesophageal reflux were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 50 cases. Observation group was treated by mosapride citrate dispersible tablets. Control group was treated by omeprazole. After treatment, compared the clinical symptom scores in 2,4,8 weeks and clinical effect of 2 groups. Results The total efficiency of observation group （96.00%） was higher than that of control group （88.00%）, the difference was statis- tic significantly（P 〈0.05 ）. The heartburn, acid reflux, poststernal pain symptoms score of 2 groups before treatment was no statistic significantly（P 〉0.05 ）. The heartburn, acid reflux, poststernal pain symptoms score after treatment of 2 groups was lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistic significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The heartburn, acid reflux, poststernal pain symptoms score in 2weeks after treatment of 2 groups was no statistic significantly（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The heartburn, acid reflux, poststernal pain symptoms score in 4,8 weeks after treatment of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistic significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mosapride citrate tablets in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, worth of clinical promotion.
