超声引导下神经阻滞在老年单下肢骨科手术中的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of ultrasound-guided nerve block anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing single lower extremity surgery in department of orthopedics

目的观察超声引导下神经阻滞应用于单下肢骨科手术的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月-2017年6月在医院行单下肢骨科手术的老年患者68例,按随机数字表法将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组34例。研究组在超声引导下进行神经阻滞,对照组进行常规神经阻滞,比较2组患者的神经阻滞起效时间、神经阻滞维持时间、麻醉并发症、麻醉效果和麻醉不良反应。结果研究组的神经阻滞起效时间早于对照组,神经阻滞维持时间均长于对照组,麻醉并发症发生率均低于对照组,麻醉效果优于对照组,不良反应少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规神经阻滞相比,超声引导下神经阻滞应用于单下肢骨科手术的效果好,临床价值高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect ofultrasound-guided nerve block anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing single lower extremity surgery in department of orthopedics. Methods 68 elderly patients undergoing single lower extremity surgery in the hospital from December 2015 to June 2017 were selected,and were randomly divided into study group and control group,34 cases in each group. The study group with ultrasound guided given nerve block anesthesia,and the control group was given routine nerve anesthesia. The onset time of nerve block,maintenance time of block,complication of anesthesia,anesthesia effect and adverse reaction between 2 groups were compared. Results The nerve block onset time of the study group was shorter than the control group,nerve block duration was longer than The control group,the incidence of anesthesia complications of the study group was lower than the control group,anesthesia effect was better than the control group,the adverse reaction was less than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with conventional nerve block anesthesia,the effect of ultrasound guided nerve block anesthesia in the single lower extremity surgery in department of orthopedics is good,which has high clinical value.
