产后康复护理对产妇产后性生活质量的影响

目的观察产后康复护理对产妇产后性生活质量的影响。方法选取医院2016年5月-2017年5月收治的100例产后妇女进行随机分组,分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予患者常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予患者产后康复护理。对比2组产妇在经过不同护理后性生活质量及产妇对护理的满意度。结果治疗组产妇的性生活质量的5个指标评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组产妇对护理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇在生产后经过产后康复护理后,产后妇女的性功能恢复良好,其生活质量大幅度提升,对其以后的生活起到很大的帮助,产妇对我院的护理满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of postpartum rehabilitation nursing on postpartum sexual life quality of puerpera. Methods 100 cases of postpartum women who were admitted to hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care of patients,and the treatment group was given postpartum rehabilitation nursing. The sexual life quality and the satisfaction degree between the two groups of pregnant women after different nursing were compared. Results The five item scores of the sexual life quality of the treatment group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The degree of satisfaction in the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion After the postpartum rehabilitation nursing,the sexual function of postpartum women is well restored,the quality of life has been greatly improved,and the life of the women has been greatly helped. The satisfaction of patients to our hospital is high,and it is worthy of clinical application.
