热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病120例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Reduning Injection Treatment of 120 Cases of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的探讨热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病疗效。方法将2013年11月-2017年01月儿科收治的242例普通型手足口病患儿分成两组,治疗组予热毒宁注射液静脉滴注,对照组予炎琥宁静脉滴注,疗程5-7天。同时两组患儿根据病情给予碳酸氢钠含漱,开喉剑喷剂喷喉等对症治疗。对两组病例退热时间,疱疹消退时间做综合比较。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为82.8%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the efficacy of Reduning injection treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease. Methods In November 2013 to jan 2017,242 cases of pediatric patients in our normal children with hand,foot and mouth disease is divided into two groups： treatment group in reduning injection intravenous drip,and the control group to Yanhuning intravenous drip,treatment 5-7 days. At the same time,two groups of children were treated according to the condition of the treatment of sodium bicarbonate. In the two groups,the duration of fever and the time of herpes regression were compared. Results The total effective rate was 92. 5% in the treatment group and 82. 8% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Reduning injection treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease curative effect is better,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
