单孔腹腔镜与多孔腹腔镜在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术中疗效的比较

A Comparison of Single-port Laparoscopic Surgery with Multi-port Laparoscopic Surgery in the Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy

目的对比分析单孔腹腔镜和多孔腹腔镜在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术中的临床应用效果。方法选取2013年1月-2014年6月所收治的80例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成单孔组与多孔组,前者予以单孔腹腔镜,后者予以多孔腹腔镜,对两组患者的临床应用效果加以观察与对比。结果单孔组患者的手术时间比多孔组患者长,住院时间短,VAS评分差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);单孔组患者的术中出血量与多孔组相比,差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术较多孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术有优越性,可改善疼痛症状,住院时间短,值得在临床上推行与应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of single port laparoscopic surgery and multi-port laparoscopic surgery in the laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Methods 80 patients with Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in our hospital,from Jan. 2013 to Jun. 2014,were analyzed. Cases were divided into single port laparoscopic group and multi-port laparoscopic group,according to the random number table method. To observe and compare the clinical effect of the two groups of patients. Results The operation time of the patients in single port laparoscopic group was longer than that in the porous laparoscopic group,but the hospitalization time was shorter,the VAS score was significantly different,and there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative blood loss between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions In the case of ovarian cyst removal,single port laparoscopic surgery is superior to that of multi-port laparoscopic surgery,which can improve the symptoms of pain and shorten hospitalization time. Therefore,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
