摘要
目的探索二维超声联合四维超声对不同孕周胎儿畸形诊断的价值性。方法 2016年4月11日-2017年4月11日选取1 000例产前检查孕妇为实验对象,均实施二维超声检查和四维超声检查。结果二维超声联合四维超声在不同孕周对泌尿生殖、消化道系统、心脏畸形诊断正确率均高于二维超声诊断,且误诊率、漏诊率低于二维超声诊断(P<0.05)。结论二维超声联合四维超声作为产前检查措施,能够及时发现胎儿畸形现象。
Objective To explore the value of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with four-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal malformations in different gestational weeks. Methods On April 11,2016 to April 11,2017 during the selected 1000 cases of antenatal examination pregnant women as the experimental object,and implementation of a two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound. Results The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with four-dimensional ultrasonography was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasonography in different gestational age,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were lower than those of two-dimensional ultrasonography( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with four-dimensional ultrasound as a prenatal examination measures can detect fetal malformations in time.
