摘要首先从医院建筑的演进、医院管理以及医院设计中遇到的复杂问题等方面探讨了医院建筑研究的基本观念。在此基础上,除经典的研究方法外,还结合具体的案例介绍了超声波测位技术、空间句法、眼动实验、三维立体成像技术、遗传算法,以及离散事件系统等新方法与新技术在医院建筑研究中的应用。期望在今后的研究工作中进一步运用发展这些方法与技术,以便更好地解决医院建筑领域中存在的诸多难题,进而推动医院建筑设计到达新的高度。 This paper aims to discuss the basic ideas of hospital architecture （HA） research based on the analysis of HA evolution, hospital management and complex problems encountered in HA design. On this basis, in addition to the classical research methods, the new techniques, such as ultrasonic positioning system, space syntax, eye mark recorder, three- dimensional imaging device, genetic algorithm and discrete event system, which are fully utilized in hospital architecture research recently, are introduced with case studies. The authors expect that, domestic colleagues can further develop these methods and techniques in the future research to better solve the problems existing in the field of HA, and then promote HA design to a new height.
