摘要
在人口增长和用地紧缺的双重压力下,立体化是我国城市发展的必然选择,而城市综合体是其重要的研究载体和实现途径。选取上海正大广场为研究对象,以三维可视性分析方法描述其空间布局,通过线性回归分析研究空间可视性与使用者行为之间的关联性,证明可视性是影响使用者行为的重要因素,从而揭示立体空间布局与使用者行为的关系。
Under the pressure of population growth and land shortage, three-dimensional development is the only choice for cities in China. Mixed-use complex is one of the important research agent and realization approach for the development. Based on the three-dimensional visibility graphic analysis, this paper describes the spatial layout of Shanghai Super Brand Mall, studies the relationship between spatial visibility and user behavior through linear regression analysis, proves that visibility is an important factor affecting user behavior and reveals the relationship between spatial layout and user behavior.
