Liao Wei-Li＇ s views on architectural aesthetics, though rooted in the foundational precepts of modernism, are continually searching for possible variations upon this theme and for ways to sprout forth new branches. In his search for position and resonance, Liao Wei-Li avoids the defined and the anticipated solution, and instead chooses to approach an archetype of indefinable character which would be incorporated into his search for potentially new aesthetics.
