营造虚空——用友南昌产业园语音服务中心创作手记

Building the Void: Design Notes for Yongyou Voice Service Center of Nanchang

在当今单调粗放的建设洪流中,回归空间的建筑设计策略旨在将人的现场体验以及人与空间的关系重置于设计的首要目标。以用友南昌产业园语音服务中心创作为例,从总图布局、场地处理、体量生成、空间体验及立面设计等多方面,阐述了"营造虚空"的设计思想及方法在建筑设计中应用的可能途径。藉由此法,语音服务中心在和谐地融入周边环境的同时,为身处其中的人们带来了舒适便捷、丰富多变的空间体验。

In the contemporary tide of bold and monotonous construction, the priority of the design is to integrate human with architectural space, which is the main purpose of spatial orientated architectural design strategy. Through the case of Yongyou Voice Service Center of Nanchang, this paper intends to expatiate on how to apply the idea of ＂building the void＂ to architectural design in terms of general layout, site planning, volume shaping, and facade design.
