摘要 借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、拉伸测试等手段,研究了Ti-40Al-3.5Nb-0.8Mo-0.3Y高温合金显微组织、物相组成和力学性能。结果表明:Ti-40Al-3.5Nb-0.8Mo-0.3Y合金中生成的无序β相能够有效提高合金材料的耐高温性能;热等静压及均匀化处理提高了合金的致密度。合金在室温下的抗拉强度是583 MPa,具有平整的拉伸断口形态及脆性穿晶解理断裂特征。当拉伸测试温度从室温逐渐升至760℃时,合金的抗拉强度持续下降,合金伸长率则逐渐上升,属于脆性断裂特征。 The microstructure, phase composition and mechanical properties of Ti-40Al-3.5Nb-0.8Mo-0.3Y superalloy were studied by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and tensile test. The results show that the chaotic βphase in Ti-40Al-3.5Nb-0.8Mo-0.3Y alloy can effectively improve high tempera- ture resistance of the alloy. Hot isostatic pressing and homogenization processes improve the density of the alloy. The tensile strength of the alloy at room temperature is 583 MPa, with flat tensile fracture morpholo- gy and brittle transgranular cleavage fracture characteristics. When the tensile test temperature gradually rises from room temperature to 760 ℃ ,the tensile strength of the alloy continuously declines,and the elon- gation of the alloy gradually rises of brittle fracture characteristics.
