铍材温轧过程中显微组织和织构演变规律的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)对热压烧结铍锭在温轧过程中的显微组织和织构演变规律进行了研究。结果表明,温轧过程中的主要变形机制为滑移;随着轧制变形量的增加,晶粒逐渐拉长细化;在压下量为37.9%时,轧制铍板中的基面织构达到最大值,此后继续增加压下量,铍材内织构、晶粒尺寸及显微硬度均不再发生明显变化;铍材轧制中或轧制后都需要进行退火,退火工艺对铍板的基面织构有一定的弱化作用,可改善板材的内部组织结构,提高轧制性能。 The texture and microstructure evolution law of hot-pressed sintered beryllium ingot during warm-rolling was studied by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The results show that slip is the main deformation mechanism during warm-rolling. With the increase of rolling deformation, the grains are gradually elongated and refined. When the reduction reaches 37.9%, the basal texture in rolled beryllium sheet reaches a maximum value. And then continuously increasing the reduction, all the texture, grain size and mierohardness of beryllium material no longer change significantly. The annealing process is required during or after rolling of beryllium material. The annealing process has a certain weakening effect on the basal texture of beryllium sheet,which can improve its internal microstructure and rolling performance.
