改革开放四十年来,绥芬河走出了一条以开放促开发的成功之路,其根源在于"天时地利人和",积极推进"大通道""大经贸""大加工""大旅游""大平台"等战略。进入新时代,面临新挑战,绥芬河要抢抓"一带一路"、远东开发、"绥东"试验区建设等重大机遇,争取国家和省的政策、资金支持,努力完善开放基础设施,做强做活开放平台,积极参与黑龙江自贸区创建,提升开放层次,拓展开放空间,扩大开放领域,建立更高层次的开放管理体系,加快发展实体经济,为"推动形成全面开放新格局"积极作为。

In the past four decades of reform and opening up,Suifenhe has opened up a successful way to promote development by the opening up. As a root cause,＂good timing,geographical convenience and good human relations＂has actively boosted the ＂major road＂,＂large trade＂,＂large processing＂,＂big tour＂,＂big platform＂and other strategies. In the new era,we will face new challenges. Suifenhe will seize the opportunities of ＂the Belt and Road＂,the development of the Far East,and the construction of＂Suidong＂pilot area and other great opportunities to win national and provincial policies and financial support,improve and open the infrastructure,activate the open platforms,actively participate in the construction of Heilongjiang free trade zone,promote the open level,expand the open spaces,extend the open areas,establish an open management system with a higher level,accelerate the development of the real economy and actively ＂promote the formation of a new phase of fully opening＂.
