江西农村电商精准扶贫策略研究

Research on Precision Poverty Alleviation Strategy for Rural E-commerce in Jiangxi Province

电商精准扶贫已成为农村扶贫脱贫的一种重要载体,江西省在该方面进行了积极尝试。在对江西农村电商精准扶贫现状进行深入分析的基础上,课题组基于电商环境基础、农村产业发展、电商人才匮乏等方面分析江西电商精准扶贫的短板,并从完善农村电商环境、加速农村产业转型升级、积极培育农村电商人才等方面提出相应的解决对策,以期促进电商精准扶贫在江西的发展。

The targeted poverty alleviation of e-commerce has become an important carrier of poverty alleviation in rural areas,and Jiangxi province has made an active attempt in this aspect. In the precision of the Jiangxi rural electricity suppliers,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the present situation and problems of poverty alleviation,research based on the electric business environment,the rural industry development,the lack of electricity business aspects such as analysis of Jiangxi province electricity precision of poverty alleviation,and consummates the rural electricity from the business environment,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of rural industry,vigorously develop rural electricity businessmen to put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the development of electricity precise poverty alleviation in Jiangxi.
