应用型国际经贸人才的专业技能指标体系研究——以上海立信会计金融学院为例

在世界经济走势低迷、信息化技术革新在商务领域的应用不断深化的背景下,新型商业模式、商业业态不断涌现,结合互联网发展的贸易方式发生了巨大的变革,对应用型国际经贸人才的培养提出了更高的要求。以上海立信会计金融学院为例,对应用型本科高校经贸人才需要掌握的专业技能展开专门调研,在调研结果分析的基础上,从培养方案调整、实践科目设置、双师型师资队伍建设等方面提出了对策建议。

Under the circumstance of downward world economy and the application of information technology in business become wider and wider,new business modes and formats continue to emerge. All of these changes put forward higher and newer requirements for undergraduate education. This paper investigates the specialized skills needed for business talents in undergraduate education. Based on the analysis of research results,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from aspects of training plan adjustment,practice subjects setting,and teaching team construction.
